Lord Mayor's Charity Appeal
The Marina Dalglish Appeal has been chosen as one of the charities to benefit from the Lord Mayor's Charity Appeal during his term in office 2008/09
The Lord Mayor aims to make 2008/09 a bumper year of fundraising for the Appeal which will benefit from the proceeds of the World Fire Fighter Games and also the Superlambanana Trail.
A number of charity events have been planned for the year

Valentine Ball 14th February 2009 - featuring Steve Charles - Liverpool Town Hall - ticket price £45.00

Comedy Night 27th March 2009 - Liverpool Town Hall - ticket price TBC
Grand Charity Ball 2nd May - St George's Hall - ticket price TBC
