You are invited to attend The MarinaDalglish Appeal Golf Day at the prestigious Formby Golf Club, Liverpoolon Monday 3rd October, 2005.

Situated close to the sea, Formby Golf Club is the perfect location for a great day of golf offering a links course with firm, fast seaside greens, natural sandy bunkers and some prodigious sand hills.

The golf day package includes a full round of golf for three people and will include one celebrity joining each team. The day includes:-

• 18 hole course with a shotgun start
• Nearest the pin and longest drive competition
• A welcome lunch of soup and sandwiches
• On course refreshments
• 3 course evening meal with fine wines and open bar
• Grand charity auction and raffle

The golf day package is £2,200.The proceeds of this event will go to The Marina Dalglish Appeal which has been founded by Marina and Kenny Dalglish following on from Marina’s diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer. The appeal is to raise £1.5m to open a new chemotherapy centre at Aintree University Hospital, Merseyside to help provide improved care in dignified surroundings for patients suffering from of all types of cancer.
